Great experience with Nat at Queensland Vasectomy! From ease of learning and booking an appointment, to the day of the procedure and walking out confident that I’ve been taken care of - they did every step of the journey with me and it was done so expertly with care. The pre-op materials and media are very informative, and tell you exactly where to go and what to expect. Overall the process on the day is very easy and quick. I think that Nat is so gifted - they were very comforting and I felt very safe with them; not something I often feel in medical spaces but I was so pleased with with how calm and caring Nat was through the whole process. I was shocked (in a good way!) of how quick and painless the procedure was. Nat made the space relaxing and worry-free and the procedure was barely noticeable while it was being done. My experience was actually very good the staff are very friendly and helpful. The vasectomy was over very quickly and post operation there is actually very little pain unless you bump the area. I highly recommend the facility and the staff

Nat was confident and reassuring in the procedure. Overall less than 20 minutes and I felt comfortable and confident the whole time. I’m sure individual results will vary, and I didn’t mention this to Nat on the day, but I had my procedure done as I was driving out to work to start the following day. I am a Heavy Diesel Fitter and work a 7/7 roster. So. . . After a day and a half, which included a 13 hour shift at work, I am very comfortable and have not needed the pain relief supplied after the procedure. A noticeable amount of discomfort but definitely bearable. Bruising was almost nonexistent. In a heartbeat I would recommend Nat and the team at Queensland Vasectomy to anyone who asks, and some that don’t. Thanks again, love your work. Very professional. 😁

Dr Sheehan made the whole process so quick and easy, you'll be surprised just how quick. He took the worry out of the whole process. Very professional sevice highly recommend. The hardest part is taking the first step to book and turning up for the appointment. You can do it!

From the moment I walked in I felt at ease. Very professional and easy to talk to about any problems or questions that I had to ask. The procedure felt like only a matter of minutes. Dr Sheehan was professional and the surgery was very relaxed. He talked through the process before anything happened and I did not feel anxious about any of it. His surgery is very hygienic and tidy.
